Located just off I-630, at the intersection of Kanis Road, Rodney Parham and 12th Street, our 30,000 square feet facility houses our offices, Technology Center and a warehouse stocked with about 1 million dollars in parts, supplies and machines. We employ more than 80 people at Datamax/Micro.

Our Kanis Road facility enables us to accomplish our original mission to provide fast; reliable and cost effective service to Arkansas businesses. As the “Technology People", our approach to solving problems is simple; we give you what you want and what you need, when you need it. Sounds simple, but it’s the way we do business. HOT SPRINGS
We are located at 317 Third St. in Hot Springs, with a 6,000 square foot facility backed by the Datamax / Micro name. As part of the Datamax / Micro Family, Hot Springs continues to offer affordable office solutions backed by honest, trusting relationships. The Hot Springs sales staff has more than 70 years of industry experience.

In business since 1971, Louis Massanelli continues to run the Hot Springs office on the philosophy - provide a great product at a fair price and back it with fast dependable service. He created relationships based on honesty and trust from Malvern to Mena and seven counties in southwest Arkansas. The Hot Springs staff handles sales, service and billing locally.

The service staff has over 130 years of combined experience. While they also helped build the business by building relationships, they now have one of the nation’s largest independent authorized Canon service departments supporting them in their efforts.
