“It’s all of the above,” Kennemer said. “He just does everything that he can to succeed. He goes over and beyond to make the customers happy. He doesn’t care if it’s extra work he has to do. He'll work through his lunch break. We'll get ready to pull a call in the morning, and realize Calvin already took care of it late the afternoon before."
"And the whole thing about it is," Kennemer continues, "he doesn’t do it because he wants them to like him. It’s all about the company; he really cares about Datamax and wants us to provide the best customer experience.”
