What Was the Client's Need?

Communication is key, in all aspects of business. But in an IT project such as this, it is especially critical.

In early to mid April, Sarah with Pro Electrical had reached out to David requesting assistance with implementing Sage Pro on their server. This software, utilized for primarily for accounting/billing purposes, was obviously crucial for Pro Electrical’s everyday workflow, so the client needed it quickly and with as few issues as possible. This software was, in many ways, the cornerstone of their business.

How did the Team Approach the Challenge?

Wanting to provide an excellent customer experience with making this implementation go as smoothly as possible, David diligently built a project plan and brought in Justin Martinez to assist with the technical details of the process.

Justin and David worked in tandem to provide consistent communication with Sarah and the Alliance (third party company) implementation team to address  technical hurdles, as well as answer any questions Sarah had for us as we worked through the project. Within two weeks, the project was completed and documented to completion. Sarah had additional follow-up questions that were immediately addressed by both Justin and David, and as a result, Sarah had everything she needed to work with Alliance on the next phase of the project.

What Made them a Raving Fan?
