Letter on the Third — March 2026
Dear Datamax Family,
“What got you here won’t get you there.” — Marshall Goldsmith
That statement is both simple and direct. The strengths, discipline, and commitment that built our organization remain important. At the same time, continued success requires us to evolve. As we enter the Spring season, a time of renewal and forward momentum, it is an appropriate moment to reflect on where we are headed and how we ensure that progress continues. Standing still is not an option for a company that intends to lead. Several initiatives we have underway right now represent that forward momentum.
These initiatives are not simply upgrades. They represent a deliberate step forward to ensure we continue evolving as a strong, relevant, and competitive organization.
Operational Strength and Smart Integration.
We are planning for the implementation of a new leasing system built on the Microsoft Dynamics platform, with key integrations underway with our ERP system and potential future integration with Agent Dealer. This will significantly improve how we manage leases internally, enhance billing accuracy, and elevate the overall customer leasing experience.
At a higher level, this move positions us for the future. Modern platforms open the door for expanded automation and AI capabilities, allowing us to operate more efficiently and with greater precision. These improvements are not about cost-cutting or reevaluating roles. They are about strengthening how you work and equipping you with better tools to succeed in your role.
When organizations fail to modernize, stagnation follows. That is not who we are, and it is not where we are headed.
Data, Focus, and Higher Level Thinking.
Our service teams are exploring and in places already utilizing Power BI, powered by CEOJuice, to bring real-time visibility to the metrics that matter most. Instead of spending valuable time building reports manually, teams can now focus on interpreting data and taking meaningful action.
Knowledge is power, but only when it is accessible and actionable. These tools allow us to shift our energy away from managing the mechanics of reporting and toward using insights to serve customers better. The goal is clarity, focus, and smarter decision-making across the organization.
At the same time, our new ActaMSP website is live, and work is underway to unify our two Datamax sites into a single streamlined digital presence. This strengthens our brand, simplifies our message, and positions us clearly in the markets we serve and those we aspire to enter.
The objective is simple. Eliminate unnecessary complexity so we can focus on running the business effectively and confidently.
Inspiration and Partnership for the Future.
There is also a broader strategic dimension to this next chapter. We are actively strengthening relationships with our manufacturing partners through direct engagement and ongoing meetings. These partnerships are foundational to our growth. By reinforcing our history, our tenure, and our shared commitment to winning in emerging markets, we position ourselves to expand our footprint and compete at a higher level.
Taking on initiatives like these is both exciting and inspiring. If we were not evolving, improving, and pushing forward, there would be little reason to be inspired. Progress creates purpose. Innovation creates opportunity. Each of you plays a vital role in shaping what comes next.
I encourage you to stay open-minded, share your feedback, and think about how we can continue improving together. Every role matters. Every perspective counts.
As we move through this season of renewal, let’s embrace the opportunity to begin again with focus and confidence. The future of this organization will be defined by our willingness to evolve, and I am confident in what we will accomplish together. Remember: What got us where we are, won't get us where we are going.
People-Centered Culture Wins.
Respectfully,
