Dear Datamax Family,

Structures are built carefully, methodically and intentionally. Every brick has a place. Every brick matters. Bricks, of course, don’t waver in the wind or crumble with slight pressure. This mindset comes from the Success by Selection (SBS) program, which our managers utilize every day in their hiring. When someone new joins Datamax, we do a thorough onboarding process that includes a rundown of all the company benefits.

Next, through our Key Contact Interviews, we help them build a full-circle view of who Datamax is. It also opens up the opportunity to ask any question they’d like! It’s about creating connections , building trust, and helping each new employee immediately feel like part of the team. New employees also fill out weekly feedback sheets. This keep us informed on how we’re doing at keeping you on track through your first 100 days at Datamax.

Providing a stable environment that breeds success isn't something that happens overnight — and it certainly isn’t something you can maintain without intention.
