10 Years Strong: Datamax Again Earns Konica Minolta Pro-Tech Service Award

Little Rock, Ark. (February 11, 2026) — Datamax Inc. has been named a Konica Minolta Pro-Tech Service Center for 2026, marking the 10th consecutive year the organization has earned this elite service-based certification. This achievement underscores Datamax’s long-term commitment to delivering highly responsive copier repair service and an outstanding overall client experience.

The Konica Minolta Pro-Tech program recognizes dealers that meet rigorous benchmarks across their service operations, including technician training, inventory control, dispatch efficiency, management processes, and customer satisfaction metrics. Earning this certification for a full decade reflects a consistent culture of continuous improvement within the Datamax service organization.
