When work flows the right way, the entire organization feels it. Tasks move faster. People stay informed. Accuracy becomes the norm instead of the exception. That belief is shaping the Texas Administrative team’s 2026 business plans, where improving workflow is not about adding steps, but about removing friction. As Administrative Director Summar explains, strong workflow is what allows every department to function better and stay aligned.
“Workflow better means people are better informed,” Summar says. “And when people are better informed, they’re getting the job done accurately.”
One of the biggest priorities for Texas Admin is consistency. Aligning East Texas and Dallas Fort Worth under the same administrative processes ensures that work does not stall when teams are stretched thin or stepping in for one another.
“We want to do the same things in East Texas that we’re doing in Dallas Fort Worth,” Summar explains. “If I needed Dallas to step in and do stuff, we’re all on the same process. We’re all doing everything the same.”
That shared structure allows the team to stay flexible while maintaining accuracy. When workflows are organized and repeatable, the work continues without disruption, even during staffing challenges or unexpected absences.
Another major workflow shift is Admin taking ownership of sales paperwork across Texas. What started in East Texas is now expanding statewide, creating a smoother experience for sales, leasing, and operations.
“We’re taking over the paperwork for the sales people,” Summar says. “That helps with getting network flow done and packets being turned in. It’s vital to leasing because they can approve faster.”
Handling packets accurately and on time helps eliminate delays in ordering and delivery.
“When packets are getting turned in more accurately, it speeds up the process of equipment being ordered and delivered,” she adds. “There’s not a delay in orders being processed.”
This approach allows sales teams to stay focused on selling while Admin keeps the operational flow moving behind the scenes.
For Summar, effective workflow comes down to discipline and people who can handle the pace.
“Workflow to me is three parts: organization, repetition, and sticking to it,” she says. “If it’s not continuously done, nothing gets done in a timely manner.”
That consistency also demands strong multitasking skills. Handling multiple sales orders, pre credits, and
DocuSigns at the same time is part of the daily reality.
“The art of multitasking is key here,” Summar explains. “I need someone who can multitask and still function at a professional level and make sure you get the work done.”
By building consistent processes and supporting them with the right skills, the Texas Administrative team is creating a better flow for 2026 and beyond. When everyone follows the same rhythm, the entire business moves forward together.
