Rachel assists with anything and everything in the DFW office, whether it’s pricing on new equipment for the CRM, to helping verify production configurations, to DIR pricing a all the other things that go unnoticed around the office. She’s always willing to help when someone needs it. She’s definitely made my job easier over the years and I’m very grateful for her!

With a Hot-Springs area school district, we basically took their Canon fleet and brought it into a Lexmark fleet. Trish Williams migrated the entire Papercut solution from one brand to another. This included 108 machines in six different locations. Trish had to go up to each unit personally to make sure it was migrated properly, and she knocked it out of the park!
From a client perspective, their IT dpeartment leaned on Trish tremendously, as she essentially handled it by herself. Speaking of Trish... I'm working on another FTA school right now, and Trish and I just had a Zoom call with them about Papercut!

She is a master of SalesForce, SalesIntel, uniFLOW, master of the configuration, pricing, master of planning and travel arrangement; everything she does is excellent. The sales department could not run without her. I lean on her almost daily for something. We'd be hurting without Rachel.

When long time Datamax customer Delta Dental reached out to us to us for guidance with becoming more HIPAA compliant, our first call was to Trish Williams our Software Solutions Specialist.
Trish was involved from our very first meeting so that she could have a full understanding of what exactly they wanted to accomplish. Trish then went on to meet with key members of their staff to get the balance of IT and project management requirements on the same page.
Trish landed on Papercut as our solution on choice for this project. From testing to implementation, Trish was at the helm guiding us through this project which required a couple of nights after 5:00pm for installation. I can say without hesitation that we are all Raving Fans of Trish Williams.

So my client, Cassinelli Law Firm, was wanting information about how we could help them with bill back on copies and prints to their clients. Well, I have not had any experience in talking about that or how we can help so I reached out to Trish W. to have her help them and me with the correct solution.
Trish and I met with their office manager Joe and had a great meeting where she explained everything to him and how the processes work and I listened and learned. They are in the process of meeting to discuss the solution and will let Trish and I know what they decide.
Trish is VERY knowledgeable and knows how to convey the solutions to someone who knows nothing so they can understand it…I will use her and her knowledge every time I need it.

Rachel has been a tremendous help on multiple occasions. One instance that really stood out was with uniFLOW. I had a customer asking for pricing with different configurations — single machine, three machines, four machines — basically every pricing scenario possible. Initially, she provided the numbers, but as I kept asking questions, she took the time to break down her process and explain how she calculated everything.
It turned into a great learning experience for me, and it’s something that will be incredibly helpful moving forward.

UT Health East Texas is a huge account for us. Robert handles all of the paperwork out there: Which includes everything from relocation of machines, getting machines moved from one cost center to another, adding equipment, etc. We are constantly getting calls from UT Health for various needs. His day-to-day interaction with end users is impeccable. Without his contributions, none of it happens.
