As Project Leader for Datamax’s IT Group, now rebranding as ActaMSP, Faith sees this moment for exactly what it is: a fresh start fueled by action, optimism, and forward momentum. At a time when many would slow down, she is leaning in, helping guide a transformation that is focused on progress, clarity, and results.
“Overall what makes me so excited is the opportunity for growth,” Faith says. “It’s a fresh start. And everyone loves that.”
Faith is direct about the challenges the IT group has faced, and even more direct about how the team is responding.
“Instead of being defeated, we’re trying to move full throttle ahead,” she said.
That determination is already translating into action. ActaMSP has joined peer groups, implemented new email campaigns through a third-party partner, and begun rebuilding its digital presence from the ground up. A new website and social channels are coming online soon, creating new ways to engage, educate, and connect.
“Some of the things we’ve implemented have already brought results to us,” Faith says. “By January, we’ll have our website up and our socials up. It’s all very hopeful.”
For customers, that momentum means working with a team that is investing in improvement, accountability, and long-term stability.
Faith’s role as Project Leader places her at the intersection of operations, service, and customer experience. If it touches the client journey, chances are she is involved.
“I have my hands in a lot of areas, because as Project Leader, almost anything could be considered a project,” she says.
Faith leads the business operations side of ActaMSP, overseeing client-facing documentation, proposals, onboarding, and equipment ordering. Once an agreement is signed, she often becomes the first point of contact beyond the sales representative, helping gather implementation details and ensuring everything moves forward on schedule. She also manages scheduling and dispatching resources to meet client service needs.
Daily morning huddles keep the team aligned, while Faith’s responsibilities extend into account management for phone systems, marketing support, and lead follow-up for Datamax customers exploring IT services.
“I see progress. I see us engaging more and going out in the community,” she says. “I’m excited about where we’re headed.”
That broad visibility gives her a unique perspective on how ActaMSP is coming together as an uber-responsive and connected managed services organization.
What excites Faith most about the ActaMSP brand is how clearly it reflects what she believes technology partners should stand for.
“What do I love most about the ActaMSP brand and the Action as the Service tagline? It goes hand in hand with what you’re taught at a young age. The Golden Rule comes first, followed closely by the simple notion that actions speak louder than words.”
In an industry crowded with similar claims, she believes consistency and follow-through are what truly set ActaMSP apart.
“Everyone wants to say we do great work, we’re the best,” Faith says. “Everyone is saying the same thing, so how do you stand out from that? You have to have your actions follow up.”
That philosophy is clearly reflected in ActaMSP’s cybersecurity education efforts, including the Chaos to Clarity series. Built on a Department of Defense cybersecurity certification earned in Texas, the program delivers recurring, interactive training designed for real business leaders. Virtual sessions are held the first Tuesday and last Thursday of every month, with an in-person session offered quarterly.
“If I were given a microphone, I would really hone in on all the exciting things we have going on right now,” Faith says. “I’m super excited. I’m really proud of the progress we’ve made. We’ve done the work.”
As ActaMSP continues to take shape, Faith Oliver is helping ensure the rebrand is more than a new name. It is a commitment to action, accountability, and a better experience for every customer riding these tides of change.
