Synergetic, while a creative and fun word to say, forces my mind to think of the energizer bunny drinking a red bull energy drink. In a word, excited.
All kidding aside, the synergy and energy of an organization will speak volumes about the potential future success that may lay ahead. With just synergy and no energy driving an organization it’s similar to a well-oiled finely-tuned clock with no power to make it operate. With all energy and no synergy, the organization would be a lot like a battery just sitting on the counter full of energy and no structure in place to release the power inside. With both synergy and energy you have the foundation for the fun word Synergetic which could best be described by using the aforementioned clock and simply placing the battery inside to bring that well-oiled finely-tuned machine to life in all its meticulous brilliance.
Synergetic seems like a wonderful word to begin the 2024 year giving us focus and the drive to succeed. By simply being a cog in this very large machine known as Datamax, I understand my role in ensuring the smooth functioning and operation of the mechanism. Without my understanding of the system set in place by my many predecessors there would be no way that I could claim to be in sync or to maintain the synergy of the process. Without my drive and energy in finding, obtaining, and maintaining sales accounts, I’d just be a battery sitting on a counter top waiting for my power to be released. The word “Synergetic” will be a guiding word to drive me further down the path to success in this industry in 2024. I will be reminded of the word every time that I look at a mechanical clock and recall the importance of working as an energetic team focusing on the success of the organization as a whole.

Synergetic to me is a fusion of collaboration and partnership. Partnerships mean give and take, 50/50. Not dictatorship or overruling. Combined brainpower to solve problems and achieve harmony with the shortest amount of effort. Relevancy can be pertinent when applied to critical thinking. Can you drive a screw in with a hammer? Yes, but it is much easier with a screwdriver. All problems are not the same, there for you cannot deal with all problems the same. We need to be the screwdriver not the hammer.
