Everywhere around the office, that is. Sales, Admin, Logistics, Service, et. Al., he’s responded seemingly before you can hit “send.” Whether it’s by coincidence or not, Justin has two doors that open from his office, one that leads to the shop and the other to the admin area. It’s a symbolic framework of his “openness” to collaborate and his eagerness to assist across department lines. It doesn’t just foster employee engagement. It generates departmental synergy.
Justin’s open-door policy isn’t just a phrase. It’s a full-office passport. Need a quick answer, a fast fix, or someone who simply gets it? He’s been everywhere. Just need to visit?

It’s like that He-Man Cartoon – that one character, Man-E Faces. That’s Justin Harper. He’s like a wizard with a magical hat. He’s a sponge who’s soaked up so much expertise over the years.
From the logistics standpoint, there was a time when I had to be out for an extended period with surgery. I came back, and everything was running smoothly! Justin made sure that everything stayed the course and honestly, we never missed a beat. That was awesome.

I would definitely say he is the bridge across department lines, which is the first thing that comes to mind with your question. One of the big impacts from Justin is his knowledge of every department.
So when I am looking to create workflows for my department that will interact with other departments (e.g. UTHealth toners), he is the first place i go with my questions.
