The Spirit of Caring.

Below are just a few organizations that Datamax has partnered with over the years. If you feel compelled this season to give back, here are some great places to start.

DatamaxCares, and so should we.

Let's face it, it's tough out there for many folks right now. Just as an example: According to statistics, In America, 582,462 individuals are experiencing homelessness right now.  Sixty percent of the homeless population finds refuge in sheltered locations (like emergency shelters, safe havens, or transitional housing programs). The other 40% spend nights unsheltered (often on the street, in abandoned buildings, or other places not designated/suitable for human habitation).

To add, 12.8 percent (17.0 million) of U.S. households were food insecure at some time during 2022. One could argue there's no better time to help fill that gap (or any other dear to our hearts) than this season... a Season of Caring.

At Datamax, it's part of our culture to "recognize and accept the responsibility of being an involved corporate citizen in the community." Our DatamaxCares program over the years has offered time, contributions, and leadership to a variety of nonprofit agencies and community organizations.

"If we’re not actively finding ways to give back to the community, be it by sponsoring an event, helping a local charity, or volunteering our time in our local areas, we’re not living out our cultural mission," Datamax Inc. President Barry Simon said in his monthly letter in this newsletter.
