We talk about these Datamax Difference-Makers all the time: quality of product, service expertise, Partnership Reviews, thorough discovery and relevant solutions...
But what about simple convenience?
It’s not an added bonus these days. It’s a strategic way to maintain Raving Fans. Consider Shep Hyken’s simple advice from his book “The Convenience Revolution.” “How can you keep competitors from taking customers from you? Be more convenient. Be easier to do business with.”
As consumers conduct business more and more online, it’s important for providers to adapt to that change and offer alternate ways to review account details, order supplies, and even pay invoices digitally.
Doing business with someone should be convenient... doesn’t matter the industry. Through programs like our In-House Leasing, and our recent online payment initiative with eInfo, it’s our duty to make conducting business with Datamax as seamless as possible.
What about eInfo? What is it, exactly?

What makes Leasing with Datamax more convenient?
In-House leasing is a noted Difference Maker for Datamax. But how does it offer convenience?
Vice President Secretary, Treasurer Steven J. Sumner was recently quoted in ENX Magazine about the value-add that In-House Leasing provides. In the article, Sumner refers to the leasing arm as one of personalized service and customization for the dealer.
From the article: Datamax’s flexibility has been front and center during the pandemic, offering relief programs for clients uniquely affected by COVID-19. The dealer also provided special financing programs for certain product lines, and also flexed its 36-, 48- and 60-month leases to 39, 51, and 63, respectively, with varied terms that proved popular with clients.
AKA, convenient.
Another way? Partnering with one entity for service and the financial aspects of your agreement is simply easier. By leasing “In-House,” maintenance and support, installation and training can be bundled into one very easy-to-translate invoice.
A final way? End of term. As you near the end of your lease term, an "In-House" partner will often provide a greater variety of options: Purchase the equipment, return it, upgrade it, or lease it again.
Sumner goes on to say that one of the major benefits people see when leasing in-house with Datamax is accountability, citing the fact that “we will care for your technology throughout the term of the lease.”
"The same company that you develop and acquire your technology solution from is the same company that services and cares for it. Since that’s the same company that holds your lease and to whom payments are made, accountability empowers the business relationship,” Sumner said.
