SOLUTIONS SUCCESS - AGENTDEALER SUPPORT (ARKANSAS)

Solutions Success

Providing an on-point, creative solution that increases a client’s return on technology investment and produces the Raving Results we constantly seek to deliver.

The benefits of the newly adopted Salesforce CRM – from integration to mobile capabilities to intuitiveness – are many. However, with the inevitable learning curve that comes with adopting a new tool like this, the benefits of having people like Allie Dehart, Kristen Finkbeiner, and Barbara Madden on your team are, well, priceless.

These three want to make one thing abundantly clear from the start: They are extremely appreciative of the efforts of their Arkansas coworkers in adopting this solution. They're also grateful for the countless sessions of support they've received from their neighbors in Texas, particularly Rachel Rhodes and Roy Faries.

But let's be clear about another thing, too. Barbara, Allie, and Kristen deserve their props.  This trio continues to provide support and training to the team in Arkansas, and their efforts are to be celebrated as the Arkansas team continues to learn Agent Dealer. Each has had her own specific role in helping everyone get up to speed, but they're a big reason Arkansas is off and running with a top-notch CRM platform.

It all started a year or so ago.

Database Administrator Allie DeHart began interacting with the software around a year ago. She is involved mainly on the back end, tasked with territory management, keeping track of equipment, leases, cancellations, lost sales, etc.

Kristen, meanwhile, keeps up with ensuring financials are correct and working with reps to keep workflows moving smoothly.

“Sales don’t stop. So working through kinds and making sure leasing financials are coding and working properly, has been part of my main duties,” Kristen said.

Finally, Barbara Madden is tasked with what’s called price page management, entering equipment into the dataset, adding price rates and promotions, and other misc. items.

The training has been ongoing.

Barbara and Allie attended a certified class with Agent Dealer back in January. In addition to weekly meetings with reps,  Kristen and Allie will be attending another session with AgentDealer scheduled for next month.

However, for all intents and purposes, the training with reps is an everyday thing. They welcome that.

“Any time you have a system takeover, there has to be that understanding that everybody is new to this. So it’s about making yourselves available and taking any and all questions. We expect that... it’s normal," Kristen said.

On the other end of things, Allie, again, continues to grind on the back end.

“You have a process of cleanup from merging one database to another. It’s a big project and will take us a while to complete that aspect of it,” Allie said.

Additionally, Barbara is going in and touching every piece of equipment in the system to make sure parts costs and MFP costs are accurate. She reiterates that the project is ongoing. But progress is made every single day.

Trust them. It'll all be worth it.

Allie says that the support they’ve received from Rachel Rhodes and Roy Faries has been invaluable. They’re always available on the phone to answer questions and troubleshoot. Through the grind of it all, they all three agree that the benefits of AgentDealer will be humongous for all parties.

“Currently so much of what I do is manual, and looking ahead it will be just one clean stream, and that’s what I’m excited about,” Barbara said.

Less spreadsheets. Less manual processing. And, of course, an intuitive interface for sales reps to have what they need quickly. It's a team effort and one that will benefit all involved. In the meantime, the three remain appreciative of those around them.

“I’d like to give a shout-out to the reps, they are really trying and we appreciate their efforts,” Allie said.

Right back at you Barbara, Kristen, and Allie. We appreciate YOU!!!
