When an organization doubles as a law firm and collections agency, security is undoubtedly tight. So tight, in fact, that during her Discovery meeting, Kathy Robinson had to be escorted out the door when she went  back to car to grab a brochure.

The Business Challenge

"This organization works with some of the key banks and credit card companies in the country. They’ve got information on credit card numbers, banking numbers, social security numbers, and they have to protect that information.

Security is so tight with this organization, not everyone in the office has an email address.

They were having some issues with their current IT vendor, not just quite getting the response they needed," Kathy said. 

The Thought Process

"The firm talked to a company that currently uses us, and they asked for a recommendation. They said, ‘Call Datamax.’  We did our Discovery meeting, and in doing so we realized they also needed a copier. When they asked to have someone to talk to about that, I sent Julie Robinson down there immediately, and they were very pleased with our overall solution.

When we talked about ways to incorporate our strategies for their network, they were very impressed with our Discovery process. We understood their concerns about security and we could provide a solution in a timely manner," Kathy said.

The Prevailing Results

"The response has been extremely positive. They were most impressed with our quick response. Any concerns they have had have been addressed very quickly. It’s been a really smooth transition for them," Kathy said.
