These are all words that came directly from the client.
Kristina Prichard truly embodies the Datamax consultative approach and, more specifically, exhibits the vision behind the Datamax 2020 Value Up! campaign. She pores over spreadsheets to dissect a customer’s fleet. She studies floor plans. She asks key questions and listens to every word. She responds. She delivers results.
We could go on and on. But the recent letter of recommendation she received says it best.
The Business Challenge
Delta Dental was using several vendors and had a mixed bag of equipment across their office. Some were under a service contract, some were not.
There were also questions on maintaining HIPAA compliance with their printers.
“They basically wanted to get streamlined, and a large focus on this was HIPAA compliancy on their output devices, so that they could be more secure,” Kristina said.
The Thought Process
Kristina and the team did an assessment of current equipment to determine what was relevant, and what was not.
“They took our floor plans and listened to all of our concerns and pain points,” the letter states. “Our sales representative, Kristina Pritchard, designed a plan based on our floor plans of how to strategically place our copiers and printers to best serve our staff.”
The fleet, once configured, came under an all-inclusive service plan to take the headache off Delta Dental’s IT team. The equipment, the letter says, “has performed above our expectations and is very reliable.”
Trish Williams took charge in helping implement Papercut. With this, all the devices in an open area would have to authenticate. They also determined that, if (and only if) a device was behind a locked door, it was considered secure.
Renee Desiderio delivered Laserfiche as a document management solution.
The company was also in the midst of a remodel, and closing one of their campuses.
“Kudos to Tony Ashcraft and his team. They seamlessly moved all the equipment and handled everything with great professionalism,” Kristina says.
The Prevailing Results
