What led me to Datamax?

“When I saw the opening for the collection position, I jumped on applying right away. The company I worked for previously was downsizing slowly and I saw the writing on the wall to begin looking elsewhere.

I felt I had an advantage during my interview because Datamax allowed my previous employer to come in and sit down to review the collection software package they were currently using. At the time, we were considering purchasing the exact same software package. Once hired here, the learning curve was minimized since I had experience with the collection software."

"I was originally hired as Customer Accounts Representative doing collections on government accounts, promoted to Collections Supervisor, then moved into leasing as a Lease Administrator, promoted to Leasing Supervisor and now Leasing Manager.

"Datamax is an awesome company to work for. They are very concerned with the development and growth of the employees, both as an individual as well as an employee.

Everyone is like family. The people I work with everyday make it all worthwhile. When I started working here, I wanted to work for a company that I could retire from. Datamax IS that company!"
