(Administrative Manager - Dallas/Fort Worth Office) - Jackie Campos came to Datamax as a place where she could launch her career. And that's exactly what's happened.

Starting out as a Front Desk Receptionist, she's grown alongside the company. She's built her leadership skills. And she's developed a team that she says shares a strong connection that extends beyond the workplace.

What led me to Datamax?

"Before Datamax, while I was in college full time, I worked part-time in a Private Preschool as well as Nannying. Once I had graduated college, I was looking for a full-time job where I could explore my interests and be able to start and grow my career.

Honestly, I don’t remember applying to Datamax but one day I got an email from my then manager, Kelly Hill, for a phone interview. The interview went well and then proceeded with the other interviews. What I liked is that even though it’s a lengthy process, Datamax took the time to interview and find the right candidate to fit in with the company and that the company would be a right fit for that candidate as well. At first glance, I liked the facility and the friendliness of Kelly. I think we really had a connection and I knew she was going to be a great manager to work for."

My experiences at Datamax:

"I actually started with Datamax as the Front Desk Receptionist. A month later, I transitioned over to the Billing Coordinator role, a couple of years later to Supervisor, and now I am the Manager.

Overall I have been able to explore a little of each role within the Admin Department in a world which I did not even know existed before working here. I like that everyone has respect for one another as far as working with other departments and that everyone is willing to help one another in order to achieve the goal, which is always to make the customer happy."

What makes me want to stay at Datamax?

“I love my team and I think we have a great connection with one another in which we are able to share not only work experiences but also life experiences. That is truly what makes it feel like we are family. Datamax has given many experiences that have contributed to my development and growth personally and professionally.

I am grateful for the many opportunities I have had, which also were provided due to hard work and dedication."
