Linda Narcho's Story
(Area Sales Manager - Dallas/Fort Worth Office) Linda Narcho believes firmly that, while new business is always a key focus for any sales manager, service is the backbone of a successful company in our industry.
She can speak to that because she’s seen both ends of the service and support spectrum. And the level of service Datamax provides, Linda says, is truly unmatched.
What led me to Datamax?
Linda started her career in the travel industry in 1993. Up for a new adventure, she moved from a small Virginia town to Dallas, where her travel career took off. Eventually, she says, it was time for change.
“All the travel is just not so glamorous,” Linda says.
After working for two other area copier dealerships, she came to Datamax in May 2017.
“I had always heard good things about Datamax, and I knew I did not like competing against Datamax,” she says. “I wanted a company with local decision making and great customer service. Service was starting to spiral downhill at my current company, and that is a bad feeling. You want a company with a great service team, local presence and that keeps its commitments.”
