If ever there were a time for resiliency, that time is now. The challenges? They’re not budging. But we know that when we hit a wall, our mindset is unwavering. Never, Ever Give Up. From staffing to embarking on new CRM software, to the many challenges in between, we introduce unique 2023 obstacles — and how we aim to scale them.

Our 2023 corporate theme “Never, Ever Give Up” is one that I strongly relate to. Giving up is not in my DNA. Even in golf, people joke that I’ll bite on their leg and never let go. When you think you are down, in sports, in life, and in business, things can change as long as you never give up. This coming year, I’d ask all of us to adopt that mindset.

With the "Never Give Up" slogan emblazoned on their binders, our managers and executives got to work last month in a spirited effort to develop business plans. The plans, as they say, are set. With that said, with our 2023 Corporate theme in mind, Datamax Texas President David Rhodes reminds us all to not settle for the "easy way" in the coming year.
"Giving up is the easy way. Not giving up is the hard way. Keeping the focus and determination gets you the results you are looking for in this unpredictable life we live in. Bend, don’t break," David said.
