You can't spell challenge without "ALL." You can't overcome without empowering yourself. In 2021, it's chALLenge on. All together.
Dear Datamax Family,
Back in 1993, our Datamax Arkansas branch enjoyed unprecedented growth as a company, which should be (and was) a cause for celebration. But, frankly, we weren’t prepared for it. Our service teams got overwhelmed, morale was rough, and the sudden growth created some real challenges for the organization moving forward.
So what did we do? We accepted the challenge and we took a hard look at our culture.

President, Datamax Inc.

Alex Honnold knows all about challenges. The famous rock climber scaled Yosemite's 3,000 ft. El Capitan free solo in 2017. No ropes, no harness. Just a beautiful view at the top.
The Datamax 2021 theme calls on all of us to accept the challenges that lay ahead, no matter how steep. With any challenging climb comes great reward, self-realization, and an unrivaled view from the top.

A new company. An entirely new role. A whole slew of uncertainties. This reality didn't phase Texarkana's Lindsey Russett, who says she welcomes any challenge that comes her way.
What's your most important challenge this year? What's your strategy for conquering it? We reached out to several of you over the past month to hear your insights on those two pointed questions.

We're certainly not looking back. But it's important to note that the majority of most-read blogs of 2020 primarily covered COVID 19-related challenges - challenges that won't go away in 2021.

Challenge ... Even the word itself is unachievable without including ALL. Sulphur Springs Sales Manager James Clem's fight against cancer was hardly one that he fought alone.

What seemed like a normal lead was anything but that. And a one device deal has, just recently, blossomed into potentially much, much more. Andrew sold more than a device: He sold our culture, our philosophies, and our pursuit of Creating Raving Fans.
