To remain 100% relevant to those we serve, we’ve got to watch our language. It behooves us to listen closely, and communicate business needs through the eyes of our clients and prospects. That’s what it means to Go Vertical, Grow Vertical. Let’s explore ways we truly speak our customers’ language.
“Relevant” is a prominent word at Datamax. To be relevant in the eyes of those we serve, it only makes sense that we watch our language.
By that, I mean clearly and mindfully communicating our genuine understanding of what our clients are experiencing. This ability refers to thinking vertically or speaking THEIR language… not ours.

Jonathan Smith
Little Rock
A relevant solution? Critical. A reliable service team? Exceptional. But before anything else, Jonathan says that the most important characteristic of any rep is their responsiveness. From there, trust only grows over time. Just ask a local Arkansas casino.

Dragon Boat Festival
Arkansas
Before they row, they throw. As the Dragon Boat Races near (a benefit for the Children's Protection Center) the Little Rock office hosted a dunking booth to raise more than $1,100 for the cause. Click to read more about the annual Datamax racing tradition.

Getting on the same page with customers is something that Kelly Hunley (green shirt) aims to do on every service call... including the massive UT Health East Texas. Our East Texas Service team is on point with speaking the same language as its medical clients.
