In this month’s Rave Review, we’re discussing KPIs — not Key Performance Indicators, which are often used to measure performance over time for specific objectives quantifiably. We’re talking about Key People Indicators. In other words, how do we measure the effectiveness of our culture? After all, culture is not just about the bottom line. It’s about the overall well-being of not just our company, but of our people.

Tell us about your family: I have family all over the DFW area and throughout the USA. We are split between “farm folk” and “city folk.”

When you're not at Datamax, what are you a Raving Fan of? When I am not at Datamax, I like to go out with friends and family. I also love eating a good meal, going to the gym, and shopping.
Tell us about your family: I am single; I still have a close relationship with my mom and stepdad. Additionally, I have 4 siblings and one half-sibling.

Hobbies: I like to read, write, learn about new topics, and play video games.
When you're not at Datamax, what are you a Raving Fan of? When I am not at Datamax, I enjoy hanging out with my roommates and playing DnD or Magic the Gathering.
Tell us about your family: I moved to East Texas in 2009. I live in Tyler. I have a 33-year-old son and a 23-year-old daughter who recently got married.
Hobbies: I love photography and videography, lake time and spending time with my family.
When you're not at Datamax, what are you a Raving Fan of? I am a raving fan of outdoor time, lake activities and exploring new country roads to drive.
Tell us about your family: It’s just my daughter and me. I am a single parent to my 19-year-old daughter. I have three brothers. We are all funny with big hearts. My mother Delores is the backbone of the family.
Hometown: Jonesboro, Louisiana
Hobbies: My hobbies include writing music, working out, drawing, video games and singing.
When you're not at Datamax, what are you a Raving Fan of? I am a raving fan of the Dallas Cowboys’ and Mav’s. I enjoy comedy clubs, music concerts and hanging out with my daughter or brothers.
Tell us about your family: I grew up in a large family with four sisters. I am very close with my family, and I still live with my parents.
Hometown: Plano, TX
Hobbies: I enjoy traveling and experiencing new cultures. I am a foodie, so I’ll try just about any cuisine at least once. I also love spending time outdoors, so going on hikes with my dogs is a common activity for me on the weekends.
When you're not at Datamax, what are you a Raving Fan of? I am a raving fan of spending time with my family and friends. I enjoy cooking with my family and going to the movie theatre.
Tell us about your family: I am a full-time dance mom of 3 girls which has us in 9 classes a week.!
Hometown: Edom, TX
Hobbies: I love being with my girls, being outdoors, either hunting, fishing, or soaking up the sun.
When you're not at Datamax, what are you a Raving Fan of? I am a raving fan of entertaining, cooking out, and hanging out with fires. I love football season with baseball season a close second favorite.
