This season brings out a certain child-like spirit in all of us. The spirit is multi-faceted and doles out feelings of enthusiasm, creativity, and passion. It’s doing worthwhile work that benefits others. It’s connecting more deeply with our company, our communities, and our core families. It moves us. It inspires us. It brings us closer together. THAT’S the Spirit!

The spirit of this season is so dynamic in so many ways.
Every December I spend a good amount of time reflecting on the previous year. What worked? What am I proud of? What needs to be improved upon? It’s a great exercise in self-improvement, but this time of reflection also reminds me of all the wonderful things that are around us as a family and as a company. This season has a funny way of bringing that out every year.
