When I was out in the field as a sales representative, one thing I always made it a point to talk about was service.
Whether it was a copier or a mimeograph machine, I would discuss the importance of a service contract. The response was often “Why would we need that? It’s a brand new machine.” But lo and behold, every once in a while, one would have trouble right out of the gate.

These supervisors shadow technicians. They pour into data from behind a desk. They support remotely and over the phone. We shed some light on the integral role they play in service.
When your service provider isn't well-prepared with necessary resources and tools, and individual technicians are not consistently spending time in online training sessions, these clichés can fall like rain.

As Barry Simon says, it should be a painstakingly difficult decision for anyone to leave Datamax. It certainly was for Tamara Hargrove. But, she returned two years later. Today, it's hard to imagine Little Rock office life without her!

After 21 years out in the field across Northeast Texas, when Johnny Wetzel walks into an office, he's that recognizable face. Even so, when it was time for an upgrade at a local car dealership, he benefitted from the help of technician Brandon Brock.

When you're not at Datamax, what are you a Raving Fan of? BI have a jeep club with over 450 members and we do all things Jeep!
Tell us about your family: My parents are living in the Philippines. My brothers and sisters are working overseas. I have relatives living in the USA but they are living in different states.

Tell us about your family: I have three kids, a stepdaughter, 28, and two sons ages 13 and 9. My hubby and I have been together for a little over a year now. We have a 1 year old fur baby Border Collie mix named Cali Carmelle.

Tell us about your family: I am single but staying with my grandmother to help with her health issues.

When you're not at Datamax, what are you a Raving Fan of? Playing computer games and printing different things on my 3d printers.
Tell us about your family: I am married to Dan Hanner. We've been married for 31 years - 32 come May 27th! We have two sons, Kyle, 30, and Bret, 28. Our son Kyle has blessed us with 1 grandchild, a girl, Genevieve who is 3.

Hobbies: My husband and I are "hobby famers!" We have ducks, chickens, rabbits, cats, and dogs! Next will be honey bees! We are also huge into gardening and preserving our food. Fun stuff!
