It turns out that trust isn’t just a feeling. There’s actual neuroscience behind the tendency to trust (or not trust) someone, technology providers included. We’ll expand on that later, but the point is this: Expertise builds credibility, and credibility influences trust. Welcome to the Datamax Brain Trust, a group of expert advisors and support staff skilled in helping customers navigate the technology maze.
Have you ever visited the “Creating Raving Fans” page on our website?
If not, I encourage you to check it out. “Creating Raving Fans” is of course our ultimate shared mission at Datamax. But just below the page’s headline, you’ll find the phrase “Expertise plus execution plus a whole lot of enthusiasm in everything we do.”

President, Datamax Inc.

Customers trust that Master Level Technician Shawn Hay will deliver a big-time haymaker (aka punch) to any copier issue he or his team encounters.
The brain chemical Oxytocin has come to be known as the “elixir of trust.” But how do we perpetuate the release of it in our customer's minds? Here's 5 ways.
When it comes to Microsoft platform "know-how," we better be good as gold. Our IT Service team has been... for 16 straight years.
Datamax solidified its commitment to “above-and-beyond” service and technician “know-how” by earning Konica Minolta’s Pro-Tech recognition.

East Germany native Beate Hall's been perfecting her mechanical skills for a lifetime. But she also carries with her a secret weapon of service expertise — unwavering empathy.

Scot Hodges
Dallas/Fort Worth
After 16 years with Datamax, DFW technician Scot Hodges can make it all sound easy. It's not, of course. When an area church had a hard drive crash on their MFP recently, Scot was fully engaged and fully prepared to exceed their resolution expectations.

Summar Sinclair
Tyler

Dave Duke
Little Rock
Dave Duke would drive 3,000 miles (and probably drive 3,000 more) to deliver a print assessment that's personalized and in-person. That was one big difference maker for a nursing rehab management facility with 33 locations across the state of Arkansas.

Girl Scouts Diamonds
Little Rock
The BIG Brunch was a big success! Datamax Arkansas was once again a proud sponsor of (and attend) the annual Girl Scout Diamonds of Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Texas BIG Brunch, helping raise critical funds for ongoing Girl Scouts' initiatives.

His father's words of wisdom went a long way in creating the IT Professional that Lee Wise is today. The IT Sales Manager speaks about client trust in an area it matters most — inside one's network environment.

In life and in business, we constantly make decisions about whom to trust. More often than not, we trust the experts." - Barry Simon
The Stars aligned perfectly for the Dancing With Our Stars Gala in Little Rock last month, with a stellar Salsa performance from President Barry Simon (and a group of Datamax supporters to cheer him on)! The Gala raised nearly $300,000, supporting the Children's Tumor Foundation's mission to end Neurofibromatosis (NF). NF affects more than 125,000 people around the U.S., and events like these enable critical research, awareness, information, and care for those living with the disease.
