Retaining Walls.

A retaining wall is constructed to resist the pressure of water or soil; to fortify an area against erosion and flooding. At Datamax, we build our own protective structures and systems, to satisfy the wants and needs of those we serve and those we serve alongside. They help retain both customers and employees, safeguard our reputation, and protect our ethical standards. Opposing forces are lurking out there. What are we doing to fortify our own walls?

I certainly don’t have to remind you of this, but I’ll say it anyway. We’ve been through a lot over the past two and a half years. A pandemic and subsequent shutdown. Global supply chain issues that make our jobs more difficult every day. And a job market that, as one HR Advisor and published business author wrote, “has gone crazy.”
