Before any wave is ridden, it’s read. The energy is already building in our marketplace, our technologies, and within our teams. But great performance starts with preparation for what’s next and finishing strong all the while.
This month, in the midst of Business Plan meetings, we look at how every department at Datamax is setting the stage to finish 2025 strong and enter 2026 ready to lead. It’s not just about change coming our way; it’s about how we position ourselves to meet it head-on, with confidence and clarity. Preparing for the Ride?
As we come to the end of another year at Datamax, we’re all preparing for The Next Wave. In that spirit, after nearly forty-five years with this organization, I want to share with each of you that I will be retiring and stepping away from day-to-day operations as President at the end of December.

President, Datamax Inc.

The Pipeline tells the whole story, says DFW Director of Sales Robert O'Gorman (pictured, right). It's a major focal point for finishing strong and leaning into the future. As he says, "It ain't over til it's over."

Justin Huffaker speaks about momentum, clarity, and ultimately shaping a unique client experience as his MSP group continues to take shape.

December 5 is the final day to enroll for your Datamax Benefits. To do so, log into ADP (link below) and click on "Start Enrollment."

When the current picks up, our admin and logistics teams keep the board steady, so to speak. With Business Plans approaching, we speak to the Arkansas Administrative Director Kristen Finkbeiner, and Texas Director of Operations Justin Harper (pictured with East Texas Logistics Manager Michael Snow).

Pete Rouget
Dallas/Fort Worth
When a client says “Pete was great!! Love when he stops by and gets us taken care of,” it speaks to the kind of support that stays with people long after the service call . With 23 years of production experience, Pete understands the environments well.

Lori Larson
Tyler
Lori Larson thrives on challenge, and her approach to collections shows that professionalism and compassion can work hand in hand. The former print shop owners knows the industry and, more importantly, covets a role that most would find daunting.

Damon Kilgo
Sulphur Springs
Damon Kilgo’s recent work with the City of Bonham didn’t follow a straight line. It stretched across nearly two years, a long and winding road. Through leadership changes, repeated delays, and several rounds of city audits, Damon stayed consistent.

Greater Hot Springs Chamber
Hot Springs
Ice on Ice isn't just the unofficial start of the Holiday Season for the Greater Hot Springs Chamber - it's a powerful fundraiser for Project HOPE Food Bank in Hot Springs. Datamax is proud to once again be a sponsor for the event, slated for Dec. 4.

As Arkansas Director of Service, Chris Williams is guiding a department that is becoming more proactive (anticipating the break), more responsive, and more adaptable as Datamax heads into 2026. Flexibility + Efficiency, as he puts it.
