Practice makes Progress.

Celebrating the Datamax family's continued investment in the development of training, skills and knowledge.
- August 2018 -

Dear Datamax Family,

We see it in baseball all the time: A batter is hitting .400, knocking the cover right off the ball, and then all the sudden… he’s striking out every-other-at-bat. For whatever reason, something related to that player’s skillset has changed.  In baseball and business, it comes back to redefining and continuing to zero in on those skills in hopes of seeking improvement.

Ongoing training and education is embedded into our culture at Datamax, just as it’s notated on page 6 of your Datamax Little Blue Book.

Higher Learning:  School's (Always) in Session at Datamax

Within a matter of weeks, that proverbial "first bell" will ring.

Once school supply aisles at local stores have cleared, schedules have been divvied out and parents’ iPhone cameras have adequately documented young ones' first days, school will officially be in session.

We at Datamax don't need to ring a bell. That’s because this organization enjoys Year Round School  for everyone and every department within this organization. Developing employee skills is documented (on page 6 in the Little Blue Book) as one of our guiding philosophies, one of our internal driving forces. We simply can't stay relevant without it.

Education is ongoing. Learning is perpetual. Continued development is a valued investment and a shared commitment from everyone within the organization.

So please, have a seat, pull out your books, and let’s get started!  Read More ...
