As a Datamax family, we get it. The whole is greater than the sum of its parts. That’s synergy. But we’ve got to bring the energy inside the office every day if we expect success and satisfaction in 2024. Those two elements (synergy + energy) blended into our efforts? That’s Synergetic, and it's as simple as 1 + 1 = 3.
As we step foot into 2024, I believe that being Synergetic (Synergy + Energy) is an especially appropriate theme given the transitional time we find ourselves in. In many ways, it’s an assertion that our company is always preparing itself for the next bend in the road. The future is now at Datamax.

President, Datamax Inc.

Stepping into his new role as President of Datamax Arkansas, David Holzhauer shares his strategic ideas for 2024 and beyond.
“When I think of the word Synergetic, it’s a lot about what this younger generation brings to the table and the energy we put together into what we want to accomplish. It’s very important to me that we get everyone fired up about the direction we are going,” Holzhauer said.
We admit, the word's a bit of a mouthful. But we break down our theme and discuss a simple formula (one that's as easy as 1 + 1 = 3).

Being synergetic means being on the same page. Our Texas admin departments are a great organic example of unity, from their team-building activities to their total team approach for every client. Sandra Roeling
Dallas/Fort Worth
An unexpected, hand-delivered toner continues to be a nice welcome surprise for a client. But it's admin pros like Sandra Roeling who initiate this level of proactive service behind the scenes, the needs of the client squarely in mind.

Chris Hoefer
Longview
To Chris Hoefer, being at Datamax is more than a career - it's a sense of community. He's friends with a lot of clients he's served for decades, and loves the sense of family he feels at Datamax. But what he's doing out in the community at large? WOW.

Carol Robbins
Texarkana
In the rural communities Carol covers within her territory, being a mainstay on main-street type activities is a must. Her dedication to such paid off big with a community hospital she landed recently - a full year or more in the making.

Humane Society North Texas
Dallas/Fort Worth
Datamax was thrilled to "Paws" for a moment to give back to our furry friends in need this Holiday Season. The donation made to the Human Society of North Texas - Keller Regional Adoption Center will help provide supplies and medical care.

Wesley Andrews has energy, lots of it. This parts specialist in East Texas brings it to the mountain biking trails and to the warehouse. How does his energy represent the greater vision for our 2024 theme, “Synergetic?” Let’s discuss.

Talk about synergetic. The team is definitely greater than the sum of its employees, and that was the case at the Texas (pictured) and Arkansas Business Plan Meetings held late last year. Credit goes to all involved for all of their high-energy planning!
