When employees plug into the company’s (and their coworkers’!) knowledge, they light up the customer experience with efficiency and innovation. Ready to “shock” your clients with everything that encompasses Team Datamax? Time to hook up to the Datamax Power Grid.
I think it’s important to note the salutation that opens this letter every month. The word “family” is put there very intentionally. From the moment a recruit steps into our office for an interview, we want him or her to feel that family atmosphere.
Fostering a family-like atmosphere rather than operating in isolated silos is crucial for long-term success. When employees and departments function independently, valuable knowledge, skills, and resources are left unused. When we embrace our family-oriented culture, it encourages communication, trust, and support.

President, Datamax Inc.

An onsite demonstration is a powerful tool for our sales teams. Dallas/Fort Worth Business Process Consultant Ted Roche didn't just give 'em the tour. He brought the whole team with him.

His last name may be Snow, but there's nothing frigid about this logistics manager. Read about how Mike's spirit and spark ignite us all.

After an employee has been here for more than a year, the company makes an annual contribution to his or her 401K account with its Profit Sharing Plan.

Our admin teams are anything but your average admin department. They power through so much more than just traditional job duties, tapping into multiple alternative "energy" sources. This is certainly the case in The Natural State!

Stephen Johnston
Tyler
Stephen can turn a simple paper jam fix into a Raving Fan experience. That's because he's thorough, he's approachable, and he's downright friendly. As he says, no matter the size of the client, he "treats them all like they're my most important customer."

Scott Banks
Little Rock
Scott’s upbringing had a big impact on his career here. It’s pretty easy to witness such. His manager Russ Hill says "when you ask him for help he just can't say no." After teaching English overseas, Scott found Datamax and it's been a perfect match.
Lee Wise
Dallas/Fort Worth
In case you didn't know it, landing a TechCare engagement is no walk in the park. The intricate details paired with the long sales cycle and alignment with client expectations make it tough. But Lee Wise conquers these with a humanistic approach.
