If the River Cities Dragon Boat Festival teaches us anything, it's this: We row in rhythm. For one another. And for a great cause.
As our Arkansas team concludes its annual River Cities Dragon Boat Festival, we’re reminded that every position in the boat matters.
This event is one of my favorites each year. The Festival welcomes employees from 30+ Arkansas businesses, who race across the lake in 46-foot-long dragon boats. It’s a weekend full of competition, team building, and camaraderie, all to support Children’s Protection Center.

"It's not strength. It's synchronicity." The rowing coach's advice applies on the water and in the office. Datamax Texas President David Rhodes shares "5 Elements of Rowing Together," based on a book that knows all about establishing team synchronicity.
Esmeralda Perez (pictured) ist just one example of Datamax employees' willingness to step outside their role and row for their teammates. Read more about her and others at Datamax!
While unnerving, rowers quickly learn to trust the coach’s ability to maneuver the boat along the course, the drummer at the front of the boat keeping a steady, rhythmic beat, and certainly one another.

For those who have lost their handle on office print costs, and office print usage, print management provides that peace of mind. And Papercut MF is software that uses the power of your devices for good.

It's called the "How We Roll" Award. And it's Texas' way of transcending all departments, honoring support staff, and recognizing the Datamax Way of doing things. (Pictured: Breezy Isaacson wins a "How We Roll" Award earlier this year)

Brandon Brock

The word meticulous is defined as “showing great attention to detail; very careful and precise.” It’s also the word used to describe Sulphur Springs technician Brandon Brock’s service delivery in a recent customer support survey.
Robert Baker

Follow Robert’s career path, and you’ll understand why Subject Matter Expert is an understatement. Speak with Robert long enough, and you’ll sense his genuine concern for customer issues, and his ability to Create Raving Fans wherever he goes.

Dave Duke

If sales victories could be put in trophy cases, this would be included.
