Dear Datamax Family,

Legendary coach John Wooden said, “It is amazing how much more can be accomplished if no one cares who receives the credit.”

At Datamax, we share the credit: From the warm welcome of our greeter at the front door, to the warehouse personnel in the back, loading up equipment.  As I’ve said many times before, culture trumps everything here. Our culture is one that succeeds together, and we celebrate wins together. On our team, every player is valuable, and just as our “Little Blue Book” clearly states:

“Every job is important.”
