Account Executive - B2B 

Career Overview:

This is a B2B sales positon selling office technology (hardware, software and services).

Major Goals and Responsibilities:

Achieve above average success in selling office technology in an assigned geographic territory. Consistently attain assigned revenue-based sales quota. Ensure above average market penetration in the assigned territory while building long-term rapport with key decision makers.  This person will be responsible for developing needs analysis by evaluating client document workflows and recommending technology-based solutions that result in measurable productivity enhancements, cost savings, and raving fan customers.

Products and Services Sold:

This person will be responsible for selling Network Digital Copiers/printers and associated Software Solutions.

Essential Activities:

  • Prospecting for new business by setting appointments by phone: 30%
  • Prospecting for new business cold calling: 30%
  • Follow-up calls and customer service: 20%
  • Database management: 10%
  • Product demonstrations: 5%
  • Paperwork: 5%
