Solutions Specialist
Career Overview:
Datamax is looking for an energetic, outgoing individual to assume a variety of sales and solutions support functions. The Solutions Specialist will need to be self-sufficient, and self-managed (motivated), and will report directly to the Vice President of Sales.
Major Goals and Responsibilities:
Attain a high-level understanding of our hardware products and train sales reps and end users. Develop a high-level understanding of our solutions offerings and train sales and end users as requested. Prepare professional presentations and present to internal and external users. Work with sales teams in the field to uncover potential solutions applications as needed. Assist in the day to day management of email marketing campaigns.

Desired Experience:
- Previous sales, sales support, technology solutions support or marketing experience is a plus
- Computer and/or office program experience
- Solid knowledge of the Internet and internet applications
- Technology oriented
- Knowledge of document-based technologies is a plus
- Exceptional knowledge of iPad and iPad applications
