Canon’s Association of Technical Service Professionals (ATSP) recognizes Datamax for having over 75% of its service representatives certified within their program (Datamax Arkansas certified 79% of its Service Representatives for 2017.) Through a series of exhaustive exams, the ATSP program challenges Canon Authorized Dealership technical support professionals to confirm their skills and knowledge utilized in the support of Canon Office Imaging Products. When a client sees the Canon ATSP logo, they can be assured that the technical support professional responding to their call has the highest industry standard of service certification and manufacturer training to effectively solve any problem.
Konica Minolta PRO-TECH - (2018, 2017, 2016)
The Pro-Tech Service Award recognizes Datamax’s ability to demonstrate an exceptional commitment to customer support and satisfaction. The Pro-Tech Service standard is difficult to achieve and the evaluation procedure is exhaustive. Every element of the Datamax’s service operation – management skills, inventory control, technical expertise, dispatch systems, customer satisfaction, and more – was scrutinized and measured.
