You, dear reader, need answers and you need them fast. It is our hope that “You Ask, We Answer” will be a valuable place for getting the information you need regarding the utilization of technology at your organization.
In the realm of print, document, and network management, things can get pretty technical.
At Datamax, it’s our job to dig deeply into the depths of your print fleet and your network infrastructure, and uncover ways you can maximize the technology that matters to you. We are business process consultants, we are print analysis experts; we’re IT technical specialists, ATSP certified technicians and workflow solution professionals.
But when the rubber rollers meet the road, we’re teachers.
We're here for, and because of, you.
"You Ask, We Answer."
When presented a question, it's a teacher's job to answer it quickly, honestly, and concisely. Which is exactly why we’ve started this new blog at Datamax: “You Ask, We Answer.” In this space, you'll hear from many different in-house authors, each sharing his or her own areas of expertise within our organization. It is not our intent to be long-winded, overly technical or off-topic. The content of this blog is as straight-forward as the title we've given it: You Ask. We Answer.
The truth is, you can go a lot of places to find answers related to your business technology needs, but a safe bet says it probably starts with Google. The world wide web has turned the information seeking process on its heels over the last decade-plus. In fact, based on multiple studies, we know that our best customers are already 70 percent into the buying process before they even reach out to us. Yep, 70 percent.
Our takeaway from that number? You, dear reader, need answers and you need them fast. It is our hope that “You Ask, We Answer” will be a valuable place for getting the information you need regarding the utilization of technology at your organization. We hope you find the content you’re looking for when exploring and making decisions on the ever-changing realm of business technology. (If you've got a burning question that you don't find here, just reach out! We've got answers).
We talk a lot about cultivating partnerships at Datamax, specifically our Partnership Reviews; strategic, regularly scheduled meetings with our business process consultants that ultimately hold us accountable for our recommendations and our performance. For a partnership to thrive, one indispensable ingredient is trust.
In his book “They Ask, You Answer,” Marcus Sheridan writes that “Every business has a single tie that binds them all together when it comes to consumers and buyers, and that is trust.”
One way to earn your trust is to search diligently for the questions our customers are asking, and then answer them. Not “sell” you on technical bells and whistles that may or may not be relevant to you. Or babble on and on with technical jargon. Just answer your durn questions.
Technically speaking, that’s what we’re here for.
